*Please note that our pro deal for Mammut products should be considered a last resort, as expertvoice.com and outdoorprolink.com can provide you with better deals, and our stock is limited.

If your application is approved, you will be given a pro status based on your qualifications. If your qualifications change in the future you are required to email ally@coastmountaincollective.ca for a status update.

With regards to purchasing you will agree and adhere to the following:

a) No returns or exchanges once product has been shipped.
b) All purchases will include taxes according to the province it is being shipped to (i.e. GST 5% to AB) or GST/PST 12% for products picked up at our warehouse – with the exception of transceivers, probes, shovel, harnesses, and helmets which under law are safety equipment and only have GST 5%.
c) If product is to be shipped, actual shipping costs will be charged plus a $10 handling fee.
d) Payment will be processed via credit card once order is confirmed.
e) All pro deals are subject to same warranty as each brand offers. Warranty does NOT apply to samples.

** If you would like to arrange pick up in Squamish BC, please contact our warehouse manager, logistics@coastmountaincollective.ca – this will waive shipping fees**

Please remember: it should be considered a privilege to receive a Pro Deal, and with that comes responsibility. Product is not to be redistributed under any circumstances, and all information on pricing is to be kept to yourself. If this privilege is abused, your status will be pulled and you will no longer have access to our pro deals. Consequentially, this threatens other individuals’ opportunities to receive pro deals as well.  Supporting the outdoor community is something that excites us, but it requires a level of respect and honesty from everyone we hope to collaborate with.
